Can polyester fabric be tie-dye?

Tie-dye steps

1. Choose the colors and the pattern you want and prepare the fabric.

2. Prepare the dye according to the instructions on the package.

3. Tie or fold your fabric into desired shapes and secure with rubber bands or string.

4. Submerge fabric in dye bath and let soak for recommended amount of time.

5. Remove fabric from dye bath and rinse until water runs clear.

6. Wash with mild detergent in lukewarm water then rinse again and dry as normal.
